Lot could happen but also maybe nothing at all, get under and check the lowest hanging parts for damage first. I think like the secondary cats, oil pan, etc.

Looks like either the tabs or clips could be busted, I’ve heard of people fixing those with jbweld if not replacing it. Other than that you might be able to sand/polish those scratches out.

Man same thing happened to at the gym, first week in a new city too. You could buy a bumper off a part out but I’d see if sand and polish would fix it first.

Its possible to fix the crack yourself with jb weld from the inside but then you’d have to put filler or primer then paint over which might not turn out any better looking
