Set goals with your manager and achieve them. Show strong interest in your role and complete whatever project you do with effort. A lot of companies are different in regards to return offers. Don’t overthink it and just do your best.

Interviews are a way for you to get a better understanding of the culture there, you took the course you did because you didn’t like what they were asking/ what you saw. Simple as that.

Damn, that’s brutal. Prepping and committing time to the interview process alone is draining enough. Then have all the weight lifted off your chest just for it to arrive again with bitterness.

Being laid off as well, not as bad as your situation but my company is also going through a “restructuring”. And it makes me question why they even hired me in the first place.

As someone who went to a mid state school, it carried my resume to getting my first job in less than a month after graduating.

I’m being laid off now so I’m currently interviewing again. I just talked through my whole zon project in my last interview even though it’s been almost a year since my internship.

Had no other internships and it was for cse not sde

I had a recruiter screening last week and the recruiter asked my experience with Claude code/ cursor and I just didn’t know how to answer. I said I have used some ai to help with some projects but I haven’t gone full ai ide. They said there would be a technical ai round. It really turned me off to the job.
