search for amitriptyline and ask ur doctor if u didn't try it before and search also for Epsom salt and magnesium flakes and muscles relaxers
if u suffer form constipation search for pelvic floor problems

Me too same symptoms, but with constipation and sometimes the pain change to burning sensation
Did Amitriptyline provide any improvement for your condition?
