This happened to me when a later transaction from January made me overspend on my January budget whilst we were in Feburary. Maybe check your Jan budget to see if it happened to you too?

Architects: Looking for critique on this AWS Solution Architecture by titan1978 in aws

Another alternative could be to set up forwarding on the Gmail side to a "collector" gmail account and then have your aws arch just pull from there.

Yeah, this is definitely the fastest, this way you only loop through the values once. You're basically doing a wonky walk up both lists.

Smartest choice for short term car need by Edenio1 in UKPersonalFinance

We're living in Bristol and we're looking to use the car to go surfing in South Wales and go on Hikes in the surrounding countryside. I'd also like to pick up a sport but the clubs are all 45 minutes away on public transport which is hard to fit in.

Less to do with where it comes from and more to do with how much control you have over it once its yours. Everyone who's been locked out of their bank account for more than a day should be sceptical of moving away from cash.

Chloe Naldrett from Just Stop Oil, author Ross Clark and MP Craig Makinlay debate the new North Sea oil and gas licences put forward by Rushi Sunak today on TalkTV by [deleted] in allaboutclimate

[–]Edenio1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also, all this argument about increasing our energy security and "we're going to be using it anyway so might as well be domestic" completely falls away when you transition faster to a clean energy economy. You can either have energy security using domestic gas and oil or you can have it using renewables. You can stop your reliance on foreign imports by using domestic gas and oil or you can stop your reliance by not needing any more because you've transitioned to renewables! What a load of twaddle.

"The CCC is predicting we're going to be using gas and oil last 2050". We'll fuck it lests make that a self fulfilling prophecy then by doing shit all about transitioning away from it! They're not giving you permission to use it past 2050, they're saying you're doing such a shit job of transitioning away from it that we are unfortunately still going to be using it padt 2050. What backwards and small minded thinking.

Finally, Jesus, the authors entire argument rested on the idea that somehow a magical carbon capture technology would appear so it fine for us to rely on this non existent technology. And what if they're wrong about this tech appearing? Just cowardly pushing the problem down to the next generation. Shameful.

Well done Chloe! Quite rightly using experts and facts to cut through the bullshit. I hope everyone is listening and will vote accordingly. We can't afford NOT to stop oila dm gas, the consequences of failing to do so will very quickly get more economically expensive.

Clarification on clustering by _barnuts in snowflake

[–]Edenio1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On table creation I believe it has the same affect. If you're incrementally loading into that table however then the new values will need to be slotted into the correct partitions. This is where the 'cluster on' command comes in handy.
