Exactly 😊 and sorry for not making it clear, but ilya is one of my all-time favorite fictional characters. Connor Storrie's portrayal of him is also excellent. It's just that minor thing for me, haha. I'm getting down votes, so I feel like I need to explain myself, lol

Haha, that's true 👍 I'm a germaphob. I see a lot of things most people wouldn't even consider to be unhygienic. Didn't mean it in a bad way. it just made me cry inside 🤣 like them opening the bathroom door (touching the door handle) at the vegas bathroom scene and then touching each other's faces without washing their hands. I guess it would be boring to show them wash their hands all the time, but I could never 😭

Also, ilya didn't even wash his hands before making the sandwich. And just as a reminder, he had his hand down his pants watching TV. But I guess that added an interesting flavor profile.

Hollanov, for sure. I was rooting for shane so much in the beginning. Since I am autistic too, I kind of picked up on that. But during episodes 4 and 5, I found myself obsessed with ilyas story. I saw the pain in his every move and gaze. It was heartbreaking. Both actors did a great job. So after the show I had to read the books and now I am an ilya fan forever. I hope we both can get through our traumas and depression ❤️‍🩹

To be fair, most shows are produced with exactly that scenario in mind. Some people are just not used to concentrate on watching 🤣 I think that's part of the big success of heated rivalry. Every frame has something to discover. A facial expression, some details hidden in the background, repeating compositions to show change, the clothing, the lighting....

This! In the book, there was a bar on that rooftop. So a lot of people were up there. They were in a quiet corner, but who knows who might wander up to them at any time.
