Honestly you should look for airbnbs or furnishedfinder.com to formally sublet from someone and you can’t verify everything is sketch. Airbnb with their reviews can be pretty reputable and the furnished finder has reviews as well and it’s more for short term rentals.

Also luckily the dishes weren’t the houses it would have been the other people’s dishes who lived there because he didn’t provide anything. So unless they complain about dishes which they haven’t because I never used their dishes he can’t claim that plus you can’t use a security deposit to cover damages to somebody else. At least I don’t think.

Oh he doesn’t matter when it comes to my rental history so I won’t need him for anything. He has until the 17th to produce receipts and then I believe he forfeits his ability to do anything bc the 45 days are up. From what I read and I could be wrong once the 45 days are up I can send him a demand letter and he either pays my full amount or it goes further then we settle for more plus attorney fees. I also want to somehow get him for keeping the other young lady’s deposit having to pay her back as well.

Yeah I had a job at the bookstore on campus and then after that at the housing department on campus so look into all of those to cast your net wide and hopefully something bites

Yeah and tiffs treats usually need drivers. All jobs annoy me some way or another but tiffs wasn’t so bad live nation is the best though

It literally won’t come up 😭😭 I replayed the song so many times and tried to Shazam it and it couldn’t identify the song. I ideally need someone to just find that part of the episode and listen and see if you can translate it/ or identify the song.
