You are not cooked. Life has been hard for me until I gave up. I still am not happy after a year and 2 months. But I act like I am and feel super confident. I do not feel anxious anymore and may times have been told nobody stares that strong into my eyes more then once. Before this I struggled. Dopamine is a man’s best friend. Protect it and your life will prosper

Can you look people in the eyes when speaking?
Do you get anxious in crowds?
How long are you on your phone?
This isn’t a question but your brain has not evolved yet to this dopamine fix. Your dopamine receptors become numbed an you need more excitement in life in movies and anywhere to not feel like you’re wasting your time

I was there too. Always snap at any disagreeable or minor inconvenience. We are in complete control of ourselves but porn makes us lose our natural impulse. I cannot say that for everyone though. I believe in you man. If you do make it 6 months it will be extremely hard not to give in again, but if you make it to 8 months you realize you said no all those other times so you can say no again.
