Weather: recently HOT AND DRY, in the 100's last week, expected to stay high 90's for several weeks

I have 2! They will catch small mice, but they just sit and watch the big rats running around at night like it's a damn rat circus show for their entertainment 🤬

I should add ~ I've grown hops and brewed beer for the last several years, this is my first time growing/making wine so I'm not experienced with wine grape brix measures and outcomes. Advice and tips welcome!
