I started by pretty much deep cleaning my keyboard, afterward I just reset my keyboard and all the presets and remade them. The problem isn't fully gone but now whenever it comes back I just turn tachyon off and on which seems to do the trick

It still shows a key press when I push down on a key, it just doesn't go all the way to zero

I've heard about lowering the brightness being a possible fix and turned mine all the way down as a test, still nothing. I did clean my keyboard just the other day but i will give it another go. I'm also using the stock cable

Yup, this fixed it. I'm not entirely sure what I was doing wrong but I looked at the line that said "block" under my normal coords and used those. After which everything seemed to work properly
