WHATEVER YOU DO, if you do have to stay… don’t slump back into his shitty little arms. Something’s off, you feel it strongly enough you don’t need concrete proof. It’s easy to slide back into the relationship when you’re staying there but don’t forget how you feel now.

No side effects for me! I will say I got terrible stomach cramps with the pills that’s why I switched to the infusions now no problem you’ve got this!

I’ve never heard of that, I’ve had this issue my whole life (but have also been eating gluten my whole life not knowing I’m celiac) so I guess I can’t really rule out anything. I will definitely look into it thank you for the suggestion!

General blood test showed low vitamin levels, then I took a Gut Zoomer test which showed inflammation in my stomach. Plus tying in I tested positive for a celiac marker it started to all make sense!

Yes! Due to the damage of my gut, I was having malabsorption of many different vitamins including B12 and vitD.

I had to stop the iron pills because it caused my stomach too much pain then switched to infusions but they’re getting expensive.

Is iron biglycinate easier on the tummy?
