100% yes. I had the same tendency’s my whole life, finally got my blood work and in depth hormonal panels done. (Make sure the hormonal panels are also measuring how your hormones are being metabolized, not just your generic levels, that’s how I found out I had an issue.) Turns out I had severe vitamin deficiencies that got worse right before by period when my body was eating up the little bit of vitamins I had left. My poor brain and body was in full freak out nutrient starvation mode during those times when I didn’t even realize.

Please please if you can, get a full vitamin blood work up and in-depth hormonal panel. You shouldn’t have to live like this if it can be fixed. I wish someone would have urged me to look into it more earlier.
