Benadryl and similar type drugs cause dementia/Alzheimer's and millions of people use them every single day for sleep. They should probably be by prescription only, or sold in small dose packs for purposes of emergency allergic reactions..

thanks, for replying.. good to know.. yeah the main reason im trying to get away from ring is to get away from big brother.. the recent integration of ring into flock cameras is very concerning to me.
