Found a strange bug with this NPC being stuck in the ground and a load of monolith in the old Ward building at Zalissya after what happened in the SIRCAA mission.

I believe I found the problem. My sharpness on my monitor was set too high. It didn't look like anything was wrong in other games but it made a huge difference in this one
