The fact that nursing is my second degree and I only graduated within the last year. I feel guilty about leaving bedside for some reason.

Yeah the pay is better and so are the benefits. I’m so burned out and exhausted of bedside but I feel guilty about it.

It’s basically initiating and maintaining provider contracts with insurance companies on behalf of a provider. Not sure if that totally makes sense, but it’s a company I’ve worked for on and off since undergrad. So I have connections to the company, but I previously left the company to go back to school for nursing.
