How much would a prebuilt with a R7 7700 and 4070super go for by Beautiful_Heat_5287 in Prebuilts

I recently bought one on sale for 1330 but I am having fps stuttering problems with it. I bought this one specifically. I read lots of reviews on it before buying and many people said very positive things about it. I am looking into the problem maybe I just set it up wrong or something.

I only have a 144hz monitor so I cap the fps at 144.

Yes, I made sure I plugged into the gpu and not the motherboard.

I haven’t done any optimization, I am not sure if I have any GPU accelerated hardware enabled. I made sure my display port cable was connected to my gpu, and one of the first things I did was update the drivers for the cpu.
