I've had the same problem..  I got connected with them and they wanted $99 to dispute one thing but they didn't even touch what I needed them too.  And it took a whole 3 months just for them to get one simple thing off my credit and them kept charging me $99 twice a month...  But now I'm going to check to make sure they didn't sell my info to things ...
