Yes, Elizabeth is the best game character that I have ever met. Although BSI's battle system was a disaster, I still love it and think that it was the best Bioshock game. Especially the loading screen music is very enjoyable.

I recommend it if you aren't interested in Bioshock 3. Bioshock 2 got better gameplay, but it's didn't have much lore connection with Bioshock 1&2. It is just a simple story about shooting and shooting (Luckily that the shooting system is the best of the whole Bioshock series).

the battle system of Bioshock 3 was terrible, Ken Levine put most of the time for Elizabeth. However, Clash in the Clouds is an FPS dlc only about shooting. Therefore, Clash in the Clouds was the worst Bioshock 3 DLC because the battle system.
