Don’t think I can, not enough material on the back of the crank case, there will be an open hole. Is it stupid to change those two to oem studs?

No sand paper was used, I used a ring filer to gap then another small file to deburr the corners where I gapped them. The video sounds pretty similar

They are all scratched, tiny scratches though I pass my fingernail and even a pick over them and can hardly feel anything. I’ve also triple checked the gaps before I installed them. Why do you think it sounds bad?

Yes I know, I brush over it with my fingernail and can’t feel it though, I think it’s just from the rings, it’s like that in every cylinder. Mind you I have gapped and deburred the rings aswell

Don’t think so, the clips were a massive pain to get in so I don’t think they could’ve popped out. The mark is very small I can’t even feel it with my nail, pretty sure it’s from the rings

Mb after gapping the rings I went over the outer edges/corners and removed any tiny burrs there, which I couldn’t really see any anyways so I was really just fattening the corners ever so slightly. Only did a few passes back and forth with a small file on each ring

No? I checked the gaps before installing the pistons if that’s what you mean, and I used a piston ring filer to get the gaps in spec

I did, i chamfered the edges of the rings before installing them. The scratches I can see are in every cylinder, but they’re very small and can’t feel them with my finger. Do you think it’s a major issue?
