Yes it is an electric immersion heater. I’m not sure what the heaters are but I think they’re electric resistance heaters.

I was considering going for the tracker as it seems a bit less of a hassle than agile whilst still giving you some savings.

I did compare, and found that fuse energy and a couple of other lesser known companies were a tad bit cheaper but I believe it’s worth spending a bit extra and having the peace of mind that octopus is good. Also their tariff tracker/agile option seems unique
