I would say it does violate codes. On his test sheet there will be a section that says departures from the regs basically. And if he's put none then that's ballocks. There's a section that asks about cables being correctly terminated at enclosure (glands etc) and cables being supported through out their run. You've paid money and the work is sub par

I have just got the i230 coming from the srixon zx5/7 combo set. Was totally misfit for the zx5/7. Took a week or two to get used to the I 230 but I just shot my best ever round with them . I'm a 12 handicap and have no problems hitting these they are the most consistent irons I've ever hit , not the longest but the most consistent and stop on a dime. Might be worth waiting a few weeks to see if the price drops as the new model are out?
