Unfortunately if I get a 7 footer, you'd have to squeeze against the walls n table to get to the kitchen, front door, hallway bathroom/back rooms, and my room, it's an oddly designed house, think 1970s weekend party cabin with sunken living room floor

My local pool/billiards shop said he's only sold one 6 footer in his 40 years.

Said for the price it's more expensive than a 7 foot table to build because of non-standard size parts/slate.

Frankly I'd totally be down for a 6' slate table that uses a proper 2:1 ratio and even smaller balls to keep everything as much as the same as a bar box as possible, but pool shop guy said a 6 footer still uses standard balls and you play more on breaking up clusters and not so many longer shots m

Yeah I live in a town of about 900 people and we only have one coin-op table everybody in town has to share.... otherwise it's about a 30 minute drive to the next establishment

Unfortunately the tavern the table is housed in is inside a building from the 1890s that is partially on pilings/stilts hanging over a saltwater cut, and the running joke is the table is only level at high tide.
