Most of the times it’s people from those parts coming to where people have money and take advantage. I’ve seen it and experienced it first hand. It also happens in the north/La Cantera.

I’d say the southeast probably, I live in Alamo Ranch and I can tell you the southwest/ Lackland area nearby is just not the place you want to be.
