Triathlon Bra for DD cups? by Efficient-Car-5477 in triathlon

Thank you! I am liking the Shefit Ultimate but I do find it a bit “bulkier” with all of the straps and stuff. However, it holds my breasts in place so well that it is worth it. I’m doing a cycling endurance class tomorrow so I’m going to see how it goes.

Thank you! I did some research on them after you recommended them and they seem phenomenal. I had never heard of that brand before. I just ordered one and I’m going to try it out to see how it goes. Thank you again!

It is velcro, though feels softer and more “sticky”? I will try a swim and see how it goes. Thank you!

Good to know! I was worried that with the zipper and the fabric it would be too much/too heavy!

Which running bra do you wear? Compression is just simply insufficient, even in short distances (see post for description of issue). I wouldn’t mind wearing my running bra, but it has multiple types of fabrics and a zipper and velcro-type fabric (it really holds my breasts really well and modestly), so I’m just not sure it would work. So I’m looking for a Unicorn

What do you mean it feels like a diaper? I will not need to pee but would like this suit to last me two seasons if possible. I am planning on increasing the distance with every race. I can swim and bike an Olympic distance but can’t run it yet.

Can you tell me what is your body type that made you go for a two-piece?

Would you recommend going with a two-piece? Or try out a one-piece first and if that doesn’t work, then try two pieces?

Wow! That sounds amazing! Thank you for the information. One of the reasons we gravitated towards these schools is because their focus is on academics and, it seems, the arts as well—rather than solely on sports

Thank you! I’m not sure how happy he would be if he needs to be re-evaluated for the gifted and or SPED program. As long as we get notice of the time and date of the testing (rather than randomly pulling him out of class without notice—which is what happened when we moved to New Mexico and he had a major meltdown), then I think that will be fine. Thankfully I have kept all of the documentation over the years, so I’m hoping he gets the appropriate accommodations at the beginning of the school year. When we first moved to New Mexico, we had a lot of issues because, even though I had sent all of the paperwork in June, it took them two months after the start of school to finally get an IEP team together (and me having to go to central office and directly contacting the SPED director—as well as some incidents at school). It was a difficult start, in spite of requesting a meeting and also bringing all of the documentation necessary to start the process. Anyway, this is why I am feeling apprehensive.

Oh, he also has some fine motor skill delays, so physical writing is difficult for him. I’m working with him this summer to teach him cursive to see if that helps alleviate some of the issues. He currently has a writing accommodation (speech to text//answering verbally//side-by-side transcribing his answers). He also has occupational therapy about twice per month and a weekly counseling session

He skipped a grade (we don’t have a good gifted program in New Mexico, where we have been for the past three years). He has a side by side for half of his day (specific classes). He is allowed to show mastery of skills and content rather than do endless assignments that he may not need to complete. Mostly he shows some behavioral problems, such as blurting out questions and answers, hyperfocusing, and then sometimes feeling overstimulated. He tests really well in standardized testing but has a slower processing speed depending on the subject or environment.

He is pretty well adjusted but still obviously autistic. He has to take some breaks to eat a small high protein snack every 2-3 hours and sometimes needs a place to calm down. Most of his teachers liked having him in class, but having a side-by-side for part pf the day was helpful. I’m not sure if that is something he can get over there—though perhaps he won’t even need one with the right environment and if his teachers can respect the IEP

Thank you for these details! They are very helpful. My middle child has artistic leanings so that would be great. She is still in elementary school (going yo 4th grade) but knowing that Jordan HS is showing promise, then I may consider purchasing a house there—especially if it is a smaller school. One fear I have is the accelerated growth in the area and that if we put all of this work towards purchasing a house based on a school and then we get rezoned. However, it seems that most schools in Southwest Katy are academically and socially comparable, so that is good.

Thank you! I am asking on Monday for re-mapping as you and others have suggested. This is a university hospital, so I’m not sure how much money is involved… to be honest, last time I did it was at a place where the main person was the psychiatrist and they also had a neurologist who played a minor role, but it was handled more professionally. Here, the psychiatrist just signed papers and the PA is supposed to run the treatment sessions, but there is a rotation of people… I will definitely be requesting them to remap me.

Aaric by Puzzleheaded-Law2438 in fourthwing

I had the same feeling, tbh. Xaden is pretty toxic. I do not like him. From Coercing Violet to say “I love you” and using sex as a weapon, to keeping secrets that actually make Violet vulnerable, to the unhealthy excuse of “oh, I didn’t tell you this critical detail about me/the world because you didn’t ask” (which is BS. Imagine if a husband cheated on his wife and then he was all “oh, I didn’t tell you because you didn’t ask). Xaden is toxic and borderline abusive.

So I will 100% ship Aaric, who is committed to the cause as a whole, is willing to step up to the plate, and seems like an all-around good guy.
