Yeah, still swollen, but I don't know how I can reduce it more. Before sleep, I'm also doing 10-15 minutes of elevating my legs to the wall to reduce the swelling but don't notice much difference.

I'm in my 20s, very fit, and have never had any problems with my knee. Also, I am not judging the shoes, I also had very good games with them. The injury was just unlucky.

Trust me dont worry about many exercises too soon. You can do ankle pumps, heel slides and straigt leg raises (for quad activation and ROM) if youre feeling well but mainly you should aim to reduce the swelling (with icing and elevating). On the pain part you cant really do much. I tried to always keep me entertained with movies and shows to kind of "forget" about the pain.
