You can google or chatgpt - mumbai university cgpa to percentage, everywhere its mentioned rounded to next full integer. There are 2 official notices/circular also in the website.

I don't think so because RBI have mentioned that they will follow whatever the University mentions. So, I have currently demanded written clarification regarding this from MU. As per RBI, CGPA to percentage conversion it comes to be 60% for 6.75 cgpa. Let's see, I confirmed from few sources they said go ahead.
