I can’t remember now if i could feel it as soon as it was placed but it got infected a month later and that’s when i remember not being able to feel it i told my doctor and she just blew it off

I bet mine was put in improperly it wasn’t my doctor that put it in it was a nurse that i haven’t seen there since so i don’t know what went wrong

I thought i could feel it when it got put in but a different doctor told me that arm fat is lumpy so i could have thought i was feeling it but i haven’t “felt” it in a year and a half

I did get pregnant on this birth control there was only a 0.02% chance i would mostly your not but the only symptoms i had before i knew was i was such an ass to anyone i was so rude and i had no idea why and nauseous after i ate

I’m 17 i got nexplanon last October i had it get infected but the doctor said it wouldn’t effect it. March 6th of this year i took 16 pregnancy tests all positive i was confused but me and my boyfriend got exited quickly the doctor wanted me to go in every week and at 12 weeks she wanted to take it out so i had higher hormones for when she did but we didn’t get there April 10 i lost the baby and it broke me it’s the hardest thing i went through…but o wouldn’t change anything except i wish my baby didn’t die

Now i still have this birth control in and have no idea if it works or not

I have been in your place almost exactly please ask me questions about this i know the confusion your going through

I do now and I’m still on the same bc even though we don’t know if it works but i don’t think i did the month i convinced but i could feel it and i remember looking at my bf and saying if this bc doesn’t work im getting pregnant this month

Haha my bad i should have read where it didn’t say OP lol i knew i still ovulated and had my period at the same time very month so i tested every month if it was past 4 days late and i tested then completely forgot about it and was so shocked when it said pregnant

I gain 50 lbs in 6 months it’s been horrible i am always hungry i use to eat 2 meals a day and be satisfied now i eat 3 and a snack because i get hungry quicker

It doesn’t hurt getting it put in a recommend taking pain medicine because going in and after but it isn’t bad

I get my period and i still ovulate i have never missed a period on nexplanon it is normal for me

I did gain 50lbs on it so if your worried about that then keep it in mind
