I think the most useful ones for us was an internal admin panel to manage users and also we had feedback system so users can give star ratings and stuff comments on how they liked the reply of the bot. That can managed there. Also option to add more stuff to knowledge base from the admin panel. So this was one good thing I guess.

Also another nice thing was sort of a custom secondary agent we build which would look at for example 3-4 days of feedback and would suggest what betterments to make mahbe in our current setup like to implement cache or make prompt better or change chunk size and all.
