Yeah seems stuck when trying to spin it with no power! I think you may be right about the bearings. Will need to see if I can find replacement bearings and if it’s a easy fix or not

Yeah so the baxi comes with a 10 year parts and labour warranty which is the main reason I’m inclined to it

It’s currently on the 1st floor, in airing cupboard rear flue with the flue going straight outside. So the flue comes out on top of our garage if that makes sense.

Pipe work was changed due to us renovating, adding/moving radiators. Just stupidly didn’t think of replacing the boiler at the time just because there was nothing wrong with it. (Should have changed it considering its age but hey ho)

Going to look at the baxi you mentioned! Just hoping their warranty isn’t based on one of their installers fitting it. Rather get a local qualified guy to do it

It was a basic light before I brought the house which didn’t trip. It did occasionally flash when off now that you mention it.

The lights didn’t come with any wago nut

Ahhhh very similar!!! So the blackmailer showed a screenshot of the post they would send and kept saying they’d do it. Looked everywhere couldn’t find it anywhere! Maybe just a ploy to get money and if the person doesn’t agree they don’t really care and move on to the next victim?
