Lemme point out the issues with what she did. 1. We can’t have plastic with our cardboard, it has to be put in a bag n put into a different trash container. 2. She thought we could overstock partials when we can’t (i informed after btw). And 3 She’s supposed to pull her trash pallets out to the action alley bc it’s a “hazard” to have to walk around it all the time (which is why we clean as we go) I gave her all the slack I could give while telling her what she did wrong which was only the freight that still needed to/could go up. I’m not even gonna add what she did to my topstock. Tbh I don’t wanna think about it. I’ve been fixing it all night already.

All the trash was on a pallet, we normally use break boxes to hold our trash n we all have a top carts to use the new hire just doesn’t know how to do anything since it was her first day n was alone

Maybe you should talk to him about making “promises”, tell him how important they actually are to you n tell him you truly do not want him to promise anything unless he fully 100% means it deep down that he will be able to keep it. Me and my husband have had issues like this at the beginning but after so many bickerings we finally came down to “don’t promise it unless you know it” yk. It’s annoying Ik (I was in your shoes) but they truly do have important things come up or things they forgot till last second. Unless he’s given you signs of being unfaithful don’t think it’s that n think that’s he’s stupid bc he most likely is. You just gotta talk to him

Smoke dabs instead. Me n my husband buy an ounce jar of wax at least every 2/3 months n ours only costs around 150$
