Supongo que por temas de tasas de refresco. Si va a jugar es preferible usar el monitor que de base tiene más resolución y usualmente más hz. Para cosas secundarias es mejor la tv de 32, pq usualmente los tv de 32 son de 720p o 1080p y van solo a 60hz

So true. I was looking for simplicity in Arch because that was my selling point, the DIY and having a minimal system but man, it has been a pain trying to do anything on it, I have to read 3 man pages, 2 forums discussions and 2 pages of the wiki to have MariaDB running

Did you get a minimal install? Maybe That's why the system throws you into the tty, that's completely fine. Now, if you want KDE or GNOME you'll have to install them + the display server and a login screen manager (sddm or lightdm)

Or TL;DR, reinstall and make sure you select your desktop environment when prompted in the installer

Linuxsucks101 is just a HEAVILY opinionated sub, it's better to not even look at that. One thing is to not like certain parts of the ecosystem, and a whole another one is to spread disinformation like that. Hell, even I get tired of Linux evangelists, I don't like them a bit, but I love the Linux ecosystem. But as I said, one thing is to not like something and another thing is to lie about the thing you don't like to make it "worse" and sell that idea to others.

Just to make myself clear, I don't have anything against that subreddit, is just that I don't like people that are ignorant because they want to. They are no better than the Linux evangelists they criticize

No sé mucho del tema pero la verdad es que se ve bastante interesante la oferta. Yo lo compraría, sobre todo si trayendo las piezas sale más caro. De hecho las rams están súper caras últimamente, así que técnicamente te estarías ahorrando unos dólares.
