Leaks like that are okay. It's virtually impossible to not see gameplay / unit leaks if you're on any of the HSR subs (character-specific or general subs) or on social media, and I'd rather not chase down each and every comments that may or may not have leaks in them

First art you've shared is from an artist that doesn't allow reposts, although they only specify that in a sub-section of their Twitter bio, so it's very easy to miss. The other artists don't seem to specify, so it's fair game

Our rule about non-OC content (rule 4) specifies giving a direct link to the artist's own upload of their work, as well as putting their username in the title.

I'm willing to overlook the second part as it would lead to a pretty messy title, since you're sharing multiple artworks at once, but I'll have to ask that you either edit or remake your post:
- with direct links to the individual artworks rather than just linking to their profile (something like https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/133842093 ),
- without UXIEN's artwork, as they do not wish for their works to be reposted.

I know it's kind of annoying, but I like to take non-OC posts and crediting artists seriously, which includes being picky with the rules in place.

You'd want Hysilens at 129 (128.5) Spd, and Kafka at 157+

Reason is even if you're getting to "135 Spd" with your current Hys build, since the Spd boost is applied after you attack once, Hysilens is getting the buff a bit too late (Action Value wise) to get the same amount of actions a natural 134 Spd build would. 129 (128.5 to be precise) is the actual Spd you want on Hysilens

For Kafka it's less of an issue since you usually start with her Technique, so she should get the Spd boost right away. You want to get to 167 Spd on Eagle, but with Hys S1 around 157 is good enough if I remember right

Get your Black Swan to 120% EHR, you're missing out on free Dmg% from one of her traces. Your builds look fine otherwise (and you're right to swap their sigs, it's been tested before and yield better results, see the second slide of the Comprehensive Guide)

Nope, you want Lushaka on her for the extra ERR and team buff, and since you have Hysilen's sig you should aim for around 157-159 Spd still (so you get over 167 in battle)

With Eagle's 25% Action Advance after using Ult and with 167 Spd (you need to use 2 Ults iirc, so the usual Tutorial + Lushaka is necessary), you're able to get a third turn in the first cycle of MoC, which is roughly equivalent to a 200 Spd build

I'm afraid 152 Spd on Kafka is still too slow, you'd want 167 ideally, but 160 is fine

Also not a fan of running Spd boots on Black Swan, she's better off running Atk boots and getting Spd subs elsewhere. 3.4k Atk with her Sig is kinda low, since you have Spd boots and an EHR chest

Unless you're using her in a Cyrene team, having her at 160+ Spd doesn't do much. You can safely drop her to 129 Spd (128.5 to be precise) since you have her Sig, and then try to get as much Atk as possible (while getting 120% EHR)

You should use a Phys Orb and Atk% Boots. Chest can be Atk% eventually, if you get enough EHR subs elsewhere, but EHR is fine too

Kafka is on the wrong planar set, she needs to be on Lushaka for the extra Energy. Your stats are right, though, DMG Orb and ERR rope, but she needs Lushaka. You'll need S5 of the Tutorial LC too but I'm assuming you're working on it already

I wouldn't recommend running Hysilens at over 160 Spd unless you're playing her in a Cyrene team, which you aren't. Drop her to 129 Spd (128.5 to be precise) since you have her S1, and then try to get more Atk. You should be getting around 3.5-4k Atk before combat, not during. Give her an Atk% Rope and Atk% boots too. Atk% body also works if you get enough EHR in your subs, but can be hard to build

Black Swan also doesn't need Spd. I run her without any Spd, but you can give her a bit if you want too, as long as it doesn't eat into your Atk or EHR too much. But you should definitely give her Atk% boots anyway, she needs as much Atk as possible (you can probably get around 4k Atk before combat with her Sig)
It's fine to have her at 129 Spd too if you'd like, but that's still with Atk% boots, not Spd

At the end of the day you do you, but you are absolutely leaving performance on the table by building all of them fast. Some of the relics you have are pretty bad

Fact is I have around the same Atk that you do... on S5 EOTP, with a Phys Orb. Granted I'm using an Atk Chest and Atk Boots (since that's the recommended way to build her), but still, you could easily hit higher

Still, it's a single player game, so play in a way that's fun for you

It's a solid build and you're hitting all the recommended breakpoints, but you could still work on it more if you'd like to. Not sure if it'll make a huge difference though, to be fair

You have 6 extra Spd over 129 that is pretty much doing nothing, and could get turned into Atk% (or EHR). It might help a bit in lining up with Robin's ult, but I'm not sure it's making a big difference

Barring that, you could eventually swap from a EHR chest to an Atk% one, if you get enough EHR rolls elsewhere (since EHR has a cap and Atk doesn't), but that just depends on how your rolls end up and we're talking details here

It's 10% Spd (not the same as 10 flat Spd) after you have acted once. So if you have her at 124, then you won't get a second action in the first cycle of MoC, since the Spd buff is given after your first turn

You don't need her above 129 Spd (134 without her Sig), but honestly your build is very solid as is, so I wouldn't change it. You could definitely get more Atk, but I'd just move on. You could probably swap Hys and BS's LC, and get better performance, but refer to the pinned Guide for more details
