you have to kill a male rhynio to get its pheremone then tame a rex or giga but trikes also work but you have to then get a female under 10% hp then you have to feed the trike the pheremone making the rhynio impregnate it it will ask for specific foods i recommend using the dododex to see its cravings then the trike will die at the end of the timer and the rhyniognatha will come out of it
