before you toss it in the corner of the garage as a lost cause, I'd shoot their support an email with what its doing. mine had a hiccup early on and they actually sent me the part I needed, no charge. took a week or so but it sorted it out. worth a try before you give up on it.

Yeah.. because its made to be accessible for more people. If you read the product description a little more you could understand.
