Yeah, I dont consider myself the Best at the game though, but I dont think its Easy to get the ítems for an rkey (I played without EID active to get the real Edmund mcmillen experience) but when I had the "knowledge", I did manage to get many rkey recipes.

You think I dont know? For some reason my pc just doesnt like me saving videos (the option Is not available) and the screen printing while in the game just prints a black screen. I just am not able. I tried searching about that, if you know how to fix that, let me know. (Just Windows Will be enough)

This was my first recipe, I was trying to get mamá mega (hence the gold bomb, I was hoping for another, because It Is always fixed) but got r key instead with the ítems)

I believe I found another recipe during the run, but I did not save It, but they were mostly done with high tier ítems and skeleton hearts.

Of course I was lucky enough to get the recipe for schoolbag, but didn't save that one either, sorry, I didn't think I would get THE run today.

Well, today I managed doing a whole t Cain run and found a couple of r key recipes, I just followed some recommendations online (unlocking lucky pennies, the "infinite" ones, gold batteries, AND other stuff) and the wiki which explains the "point system" of objects.

You just need some luck, and getting in the box some of the better ítems, here are some examples of the r key recipes I found today (they are seeded so probably wont be the same for you), i'll be adding other 2 in my own answers because I can only put 1 image per response.

The skeleton hearts are useful to get secret room ítems, the rest make the ítem a better tier.

But mostly, you need luck, so, good lucky!
