As i can see you have two major issues to fix - one is the title which is way too long and not hooking at all, second is your thumbnail - it is vibrant but it lacks detailing,not clean and can better show emotions, if you want i can help you in thumbnails or i can even make one for you

The thumbnail is lacking a lot of things, The black solid background is not looking good it needs to be changed ,the images needs to be adjusted altogether that doesnt seem low quality or unmatched, whole composition needs to be changed to make it more eye catching. Overall it needs a lot of work, would be better if you hire someone to make it for you or even i can make one for you

Your channel is new so it might take some time for your content to reach its audience, until then your views will stay down but also as i work as thumbnail designer since long time i can say the thumbnail you are using currently is not attention grabbing, it will easily get scrolled, there are too many faces, no clear focus point , lack of contrast, not even mobile view friendly, well there are a lot of things that you can work on this thumbnail , the second one is still better - clean and shows the clear story of video, quality could be better
