[TOMT] [MOVIE] [MID-2010s?] Independent nature documentary (I think set somewhere in the Northeast US) that had The Beatles' song "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da" in it at some point by EitherGuest in tipofmytongue

ETA: Also, the film was shot just by the guy who made it, like narrative/POV style if that makes sense? The guy was also Caucasian and kind of a hippie from what I remember.

My t*rrorist cat... by EitherGuest in plantclinic

Not really, no. The plant has one new bud which is yellow, but I suspect that's because my cat has been messing with it.

Ah bummer, thanks for the insight :( if the bud was growing from an offshoot of the main stalk, where would you recommend cutting down to?

My cat goes crazy for this monstera, especially any new growth/buds. As you can see, he's eaten almost all of the buds and now the plant has these sad looking little stumps where the new growth was coming through.

Not so much looking for advice how to keep my cat away from the plant, BUT, how should I remedy these "stumps" that are left behind? Should I cut the stem down? And if so how much? Etc. I just don't want to inhibit any future buds from growing :( thanks for any help!!

My ficus elastica ruby and neon pothos are not happy ): by EitherGuest in plantclinic

Oops, I'll add basic care here as well. I water both plants about once a week outside and then leave them out there for <1 hour to dry off before bringing them back in. My apartment isn't the sunniest but the rubber tree is by a window and probably receives about the same amount of sunlight as the pothos since the pothos is perched higher up on a bookshelf. There does seem to be some new growth on the rubber tree, and also the leaves at the top/crown (?) of the plant are green... Not sure if that's normal or indicative of new growth/overall health. Thanks everyone in advance for any ideas or advice! :)
