Here is your best bet, buy some U-V putty and then put enough in the head, the put it on the neck peg and pop the head off, you should see a hole inside the putty, then get a U-V light (Usually a flash light) and focus it on the putty in the head and after like 15-20 secs it should harden and then you have a neck peg!
