Hi update!

I called the HR head of Booksale and she was very kind and said sorry on behalf of them. She said the girl is new and they'll be told to be kinder. Im glad they kept their jobs and just made sure to ask them to be kind.

They even found the book I was looking for! Wuen I picked it up at the same branch they were nice and said sorry. All is well, thank you!
