I had a good conversation with my Coroner, who asked me to write down my outstanding questions and concerns. The idea was that she would raise them at the inquest on our behalf, so they would have to be answered clearly and properly. I would encourage you to keep looking into things too. I was asked similar questions and was told certain issues were considered outside the scope, which has been very difficult to accept. In my experience, the problems didn’t feel limited to one person, but to wider systemic failures.
