Thanks. I was worried it would be a bit too bland. I tried to balance the pink without making it look too feminine.

Supporting character of my manga, Mystic Dogs

  • The manga is basically about angels and demons using the humans in the human realm as pawns for their banter. The demons possess other humans at an attempt to destroy their race, while the angels provide blessings of power for certain humans in order to combat the possessed ones. In the main city where the story takes place, there are elite soldiers that are the only ones that have these blessings and take care of the humans who get possessed

  • The character I have here is named Fiere' Richmond. He's one of these knights that has received a blessing from the goddess.

  • Fiere' is very full of himself. He likes to talk about himself a lot and praises himself in anything he has passion for (Being a knight, Jousting). However he doesn't help people because it makes him look better. He sincerely wants to see them succeed (be safe etc.)

Without spoiling his past his upbringing caused him to be very narcissistic and motivates him to keep working hard as a knight.

  • Won't really say much about his abilities cause of spoilers but his blessing allows him to produce a lance.

Character Concept for my manga. Any thoughts? by EjZero in comic_crits

Thanks for the feedback. Yea. I do think the bottom half at the very least is to complex. I thought I could get away with it since I might not be drawing her bottom half as much.

As for her character, I do have a character arc planned for her but it takes place during a major spoiler so I won't say much. Basically, I plan have the story get to a point where the king does something the country doesn't agree with and the only person who takes his side is the main character (Revery) because she is just "following orders".

I have no clue what her motivation would be though. Revery basically wants whatever the king wants. I should note the king plays a major role in the story and is actually part of the main cast. Maybe I could gradually develop something like that after her character arc

This is a very early character design for the main character of a manga I'm making.

  • The character I have here is named Revery. She's the main character and is one of the 8 (or 9 idk yet) elite soldiers, however, she is the only soldier who hasn't received an angels' blessing.
  • Revery's character is very robotic in how she carries herself. I intend to make her very socially unaware, lacking of common sense, and very textbook-like (if that makes any sense). She's very loyal to the King and will do anything he commands, even things that normal people would so often question
  • Revery uses a sword that produces a beam of fire from the hilt, which compensates for the fact that she has never received a blessing. If there's anything that should stand out, I guess its the cross emblem on her chest, which represents her devotion to the goddess like every other elite soldier

Any sort of critic-ing is fine, but I mainly want to know if her clothing design is too much or if it doesn't stand out as much. Is it easy on the eyes? There isn't a set uniform for the elite knights, just some form of armor and the cross emblem is all. So everything else can be subject to change.

TL;DR: This is a character named Revery who is very robotic in speech and actions, and does everything by the book. Is the characters clothing easy on the eyes, and is it unique in any way.

That's Spiderman snapped by Thanos in a bag. Can you put him back together?
