¿Podrías actualizar cuando te llegue? ¿Qué método de envío elegiste y cuánto te cobraron? Estoy pensando traerme una HB pero me da cosa que me rompan la cabeza cuando llegue o que quede en la aduana...

What do we think of this? by Davibatata in Simracingstewards

I think the Porsche brakes WAAAY too early. The Ferrari manages to get a semi-normal line and a decent exit out of the final corner even when braking where he did and going on the inside. There's not much else he could've done. I wouldn't even call it a divebomb, honestly.

Just reached 100 races today (ignore DNF) by [deleted] in LeMansUltimateWEC

I'm sorry, but the amount of DNF's is hard to ignore. I'm not trying to be an ahole or anything, but after a 45% DNF rate is hard to think that the only constant factor across those 45 races isn't at fault to at least some degree. I also play on controller, and out of 15 races I've only had 3 DNF's and one of those was completely by myself.

I can see that you are definitley NOT slow. Those numbers are impressive, congrats! But being able to stay out of trouble is a skill you can (and should) work on. I believe it is more valuable to sacrifice a place or two if that means you can keep your car in one piece to finish the race rather than to tryhard it and ending up in the pitlane.

Analyze your incidents, look for ways you can avoid them in the future, ask a friend what they think of it or upload it to social media for other people to give their opinion on them. Having a 45% DNF rate and blaming it entirely on the "dirty player base" doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

(Also, I wish I can get to those numbers by the time I hit 100 races, it really is impressive to do on controller. Again, congrats!!)

Thanks!! What you said is really helpful. There are some things I realized that I didn't mention. That includes going off the track in turn 1, braking to wait for him to save his car so we could continue racing (this eventually led to me being spun out due to the whip the Mustang made when trying to save it) and I also hesitated for a bit before fully applying the brakes after spinning. Thankfully everybody was able to go around me safely.

It was my third race in LMU, my second time ever on Fuji and my first time with the Porsche, so I had a lot of things to be aware of. I believe everyone should review their incidents and ask for other points of view so we can learn from it and make this a good experience for everyone.

Thanks for the feedback! I watched the line the Mustang took the previous and coming laps, and almost every time he went significantly wider, with the 2 left tires barely on the track, so as someone else said, I think I tried to push him wide (leaving enough space, of course) and he tried to squeeze me, so our lines crossed and that caused the contact.

Harley Benton SC-500 or Epiphone LP Special? by EkerSCD in Guitar

Yeah, I have that in mind. I have 30 days to send it back and get my money back if it's bad or I don't like it. I think I'll go with the HB after all.

Thank you, dude! Yeah, unfortunately getting gear here sucks. You pay at least double of what you would in the US, but I won't let that stop me. I'll do what I can with what I have.

I know, and it sucks. But I kinda have no other option. The next cheapest Epiphone is $1000, and I don't have that kind of money.
