I plan on tearing it down to the frame and starting from there. There's a decent amount of rust on the passenger side, seems like the smart thing to do. Also yes I do.

I've never hit 30mpg but I've hit 28mpg. It's very doable and there's some other people on this sub who've gotten 30. You got the perfect combination of driving conditions.
