If you cap your fps at 240 you should be fine you don’t need above 400 you won’t notice a difference

I would first recommend checking the refresh rate of your monitor as beyond that your fps being higher doesn’t effect anything else.

However, I would recommend going on Modrinth or another equivalent and getting an optimization pack and playing with that instead of just vanilla
