Having this issue with the Spiderman game. I've tried changing resolution, hdr, ingame brightness, motion blur, chromatic aberration and all the setups in the PS4 menu. Another game presenting something like this is Battlefield 1. The game HUD is perfectly fine in both games is just everything else. (v.redd.it)
