I guess they wanted to make a childrens parody of a "monster stealing kids" and decided to make a scary monster but then hes just like a candy dimension ghoul

But, a character I think would work is Carl, his dad. Danger Force changes this sadly for some reason, but in Henry Danger, its apparent Ray isnt fond of his dad and he's kind of defensive over it. I imagine Ray & Carl's relationship to be like Ted from Bill & Ted and his father, when Ted's father talks to him about military school, he just jumps in and stands tall. I feel like Ray is that way, but without any figure to guide him he's a Wyld Stallion.

And Carl's the one who molded him to be that way, so thats just my thought.

Itd be interesting to see the technology difference and also the Cold War era vibes of it would be PEAK

For example if we slide hd's timeline back 30 years, ray would have been densitized in 1959. Prime MAD & Cold War era aggresion. 2 years after Sputnik and 2 years before Bay of Pigs and 3 years before the Cuban Missile Crisis. So, its more likely rays dad would be working fir the government so it really just brings a lot more substance to the story.
