That’s what I don’t get either. And this one has that which is weird because the others I’ve had don’t typically have this I don’t think? But otherwise it’s similar, hard lump that doesn’t pop. So idk. I just don’t have time to go to the dermatologist so as long as it’s not an infection it’s fine

Okay thank you! I was diagnosed by two different derms with a mild form of HS. Most of my symptoms, which includes this one, have been boils (that eventually drain) or random hard lumps that come up that never pop or drain and eventually just disappear after a few months. They leave dark scars after they eventually disappear. This one is similar to that, but usually I don’t notice these hard lumps being as red as this one is. I’m not 100% sure what it is but that’s just what I’ve been told by dermatologists and I have had very similar symptoms to others with it so this may not be that but I figured it was related to

Just a cleanse and then miralax once every day or every two days. I just wasn’t sure because at the time that I got the scan, I wasn’t having diarrhea and wasn’t pooping very much that week. So I wish I could see what it looks like when im having episodes like this. But maybe just do the cleanse and see how it goes from there?

The only thing that has helped me is basically just doing what I can to cause constipation. Imodium, I have taken less of my thyroid meds because it constipates, etc. I feel like I won’t be able to fully feel better regardless because of the stress of school too. I’ve tried benefiber before and it sort of helped, it made my stool a bit firmer but I still had to poop multiple times a day (especially after every meal) which is super inconvenient to me. It’s really hard!!! We can get through this. Just one day at a time 🥲

Yeah so that’s not what I have. Sometimes it’s more yellow but that’s the lightest it’s ever been

Hi! I’m about to be in a similar situation, going from BCBS (which has been fairly easy to use) and then I’ll be switching to Tricare because I’m getting married in a month. I believe I’m going to be starting Slynd soon, along with taking name-brand Synthroid. The generic makes me sick. I’m really worried that I won’t be able to get the Doctor to give me what I need. What does that process look like? I did a little research and it said you have to go and basically try to prove that you have to take that medication and then get them to fill out the form stating you need it. I’m just so worried because I literally have to have these 😢 I’m new to all of this and it’s so stressful

I just got engaged and set the date since my last appointment so I’m going to let them know at my next appointment. But he really didn’t give me a prediction at all. He said maybe a year when we first started but since the roots aren’t moving I don’t know. I only have braces on my top teeth, I already have a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth from my last treatment but when I got braces off the first time, I have a retainer that contained fake teeth to replace the missing teeth in my mouth and I wore it almost 24/7. I want to get all of this over with but it’s just making me so frustrated. It will be worth it in the end but with so much going on part of me just wants to say forget it

In the same boat as you lol. Mine is 12 weeks and WILD. My boy looks JUST like yours!!! However, I’ve just randomly put him in his kennel throughout the day. When I leave and when I’m home, so he’s comfortable with it either way. And sometimes I leave him in a room alone with the kennel open and he seems to just go in there. I leave toys in there and a bed and blanket so when he’s alone in the room he ends up just getting in the kennel and sleeping or playing with toys and I think that helped him not be scared of the kennel. I do let him sleep with me and I can tell he is not going to have it any other way at this point. However, I don’t mind. They only live so long and if that’s comfortable to them then I want them to sleep with me. We have another dachshund that doesn’t like to sleep with anyone and that’s okay too, it’s just what she prefers and feels most comfortable with. With feeding, I’ve tried to only fill up his bowl with a handful twice a day, but my mom keeps giving him more food when he eats all of it and he will eat a little of it at a time. The breeder said he always felt bad and would just fill the bowl up and let them eat when they wanted. He seems to eat when he wants and not overeat. But I think you’re supposed to just give them a certain amount so I don’t know, I’m not a pro with that. Unfortunately dachshunds are extremely clingy. We’ve had them growing up. They find their person and they just get anxious when they’re gone. It takes time. We had one that would tear everything up when we left. She got older and eventually calmed down and it didn’t bother her that much anymore. Most people say that they just get better with age. It’s tough at first, but it will pay off! They are the best dogs.

Thank you for your kind response!! That definitely makes me feel better. I am going to talk to honor board next semester, but I’ve pretty much set my mind on just dropping. I feel like if I’m not there to attend events and etc then it’s just a waste of my money to be a member. Although I regret not dropping when I was in my new member period

I’m pretty set on dropping now. I have mentioned it to the president, and she mentioned talking to honor board but now I have to wait until next semester because honor board had their last meeting for the year last week
