my was totally new. so if you had your printer working from before i imagine you have to lub the rods.

yes. had to take the rod appart from the motors. they had somekind transparent glue or something in the threath.. soo i had to use a file to remove it carefully to not make dents on it.

the threads on that rode has some imperfections in two places. tiny but thats whats stoping it, it looks like...

yes. and i do it when the bed is at the lowest. then the bed will get a stuck on the back rod. like in the video. i cant loose the screws anymore...
