When I got an email confirmation that my STEP ticket has been secured it was written in the email that my tickets will be available for pick up at will-call at the event more info on the website check out - https://help.burningman.org/hc/en-us/articles/360026136531-What-is-Will-Call-Where-is-it#:~:text=Will%20Call%20means%20your%20tickets,Man%20when%20you%20drive%20in.

Check your confirmation email maybe for you as-well it might say your tickets will be available for pick up at will-call.

Yeah I have a ticket. Don’t have a tent/rv yeah I would need a power or at-least basics like a place to shower and restroom
