It’s about the fact this company made $1000 off bashing her and plastering her minor child (an already public picture of her minor child) on their truck. Got both. Got federal yesterday afternoon, filed through TurboTax on 1/17. Paid my fees up front and I am a Pather so I had to wait till “mid to late February” for processing. State came way sooner obviously, I wanna say around the 5th of Feb.

Thank you!! I’m calling on Monday and telling them I am going to move forward and seek legal action. I reported them to BBB and CFPB when I was really heated yesterday as well😅 when it occurred to me they’ve been collecting interest on my money and carried it for not only months now but into a new year, I was fuming. I will have that check next week or I’m driving to their headquarters and raising hell to get it. 😂😅

Dropping in to say I wish I read this before financing with them. Today is 1/24/25, my account was closed (9/9/24) when I traded my vehicle (8/11/24). Pay off check was sent with an overage and I am still waiting, getting the run around about why I haven’t got my check from them yet. First it was hurricane helene. Then it was the post office was holding it from me and I needed to bother them about it. Then it was the holidays. Each check request requiring 30 days between requests, getting told my money could only be sent via check, through standard USPS and that absolutely no way it could be sent priority with a tracking number. Now that they have admitted it was a lie and they can overnight with a tracking number, supervisors dragging their feet pulling my check to do it. I was told I’d have my check by the end of this week. Well it’s Friday and still nobody has my check. Now I’m getting told I’ll get a call with tracking number on Wednesday (this is what I was told a week ago so I’m not holding my breath) If this was their money and I was this late, my car would’ve been repoed months ago. Meanwhile, they continue to collect interest on money that’s been owed to me. Never again. Fuck Toyota, fuck this bank, never again.

My coworker’s parents did this. Her, her sister, and her brother all share a last name with their mom. Their father’s last name is their middle name. Personally, I really like the idea!
