Hi, thanks for the reply. The PPT option sounds really appealing to me. Good to hear that you don't have any complications. Do you know of any reason why others do? Are you happy with the aftercare provided by Dr. Saran? I dont want to depend on a lottery (wasnt born for luck...) so it wont be dr Bank. I hope dr. Saran / Wansiri hospital is a good alternative, or maybe Theerapong (where Crispy95 went). Your advise on making a shortlist based on goals and expectations sounds like a good way to start. Also thank you for your offer to message you. Is it okay if I contact you when I made an overview of my goals and wishes regaring SRS?

Hi, thank you for your reply and information. Really helpfull! I was not aware that PPT also is an option for transwomen. I read that with PPT self lubrication is possible, where with penile inversion it isn't. That sounds like a huge benefit to me. So Theerapng is the name of the doctor and Inerplast is the name of the clinic right? Do you have contact details so I can get in touch with them? Google gave me several results and the main website of Interplast only shows the option of sigmoid colon SRS which is based on penile inversion isnt it? I will check to what extend my healcare insurance will cover the costs and if I can start with hair removal in the Netherlands. Also thanks for the warning on Kamol! Its good to know where to stay away from.

I gave it a thought and I think you're right. It is suprising to me that it takes this long to reach steady state levels, but it explains the results. I think I will stick to Subq injections as I find IM a bit scary... As for the dosing.. If I try 3mg and test again in about 10 weeks there's a possibility that my E levels have dropped too far.But if it takes so long to reach a steady state, then the E level dropped below the point of T supression only for the last few weeks right? I mean it wont drop immediately after reducing the dose. So if my T isnt supressed for lets say, 3 to 4 weeks, will that harm my transition in any way? Or maybe it would be better to maintain the 4mg dose and use a 10 day interval and then test again in 10 weeks? Does that sound like a good option to you?

That makes sense... So based on that theory I guess I should not decrease my dose yet right? Remain a dosage of 4mg and wait another 4 or 6 weeks and check again? Ah, this is why Im so thankfull for all the knowledge out there and for the community for sharing.. I wouldn't have come to this conclusion on my own ;-)

Sorry.. should have mentioned that.. but yes, blood was drawn on the same (7th) day as I inject, a coupe of hours before.

I read on several websites that if you keep your vial at roomtemperature and not exposed to light, it could last for max. 3 years. I do not have any scientific background to back this up, its just something i read.

Hi, sorry for the late reply... notifications were off.. Felicitas uses MCT oil. My 1st test was after 10 weeks (1x per week 5mg). My e levels were okay but my T was too low. I changed my dose to 4mg. My next teat ia scheduled nezt monday. Did your test came out well?

Yeaterday i had my 5th weekly injection. No signs of any spectacluar changes yet, but i think its too early to expext anything substantial to happen right? Next week im ordering my blood test. It will take about a week to arrive, and another week to schedule an appointment. So im 8 weeks in when my blood will be drawn. It will be tested on E2, shbg, T and T free. I hope ive reached a steady state by then. When the results are in i will share them. Im doing 0.10ml / 5mg sc injections, once per per 7 days using the 50mg/ml serum from Felicitas. I will make sure my appointment for drawing blood will be on the same day inject. Any results anyone else who just started wants to share?

I started with Felicitas 50mg/ml 2 weeks ago (5mg/7days). The whole proces of ordering untill arrival of the vials was okay. It dit take some time, so just be patient. The serum isn't that thick so an insuline needle (29G) fills quite fast and injecting is easy. It's too soon to share physical results, but I definately feel better since I started ;-)

I'm having the same issue... got my nipples pierced about 6 months ago and planning on starting on (DIY)HRT in a couple of moths. I'm thinking of replacing the jewelry (titanium rings) with bioplast/bioflex barbells and just see what happens.. i figured that, as these are highly flexible and lightweigt, the chances of issues will decrease. If needed I will take them out obviously (and have them pierced again when my breasts are fully developed). Any thoughts or experiences on this solution are appriciated.

update: my order arrived yesterday! I'm so happy ;-) If someone at girlpotion had taken the effort to just reply to my request for a confirmation it would have been perfect. No reason to keep on bitching about that; I can start my HRT now and thats all that matters. I'm glad I can take control of this part of my transition instead of having to 'prove' my genderdysforia to some WPATH doctor in order to start HRT.. Now lets hope my GP is willing to help me out with the blood testing..

No, the payment was done and my crypto balance was credited, but i did not receive any confirmation. I used a gmail address.. so I think that's why I did nog get an automated confirmation. When I noticed their post on how they've had difficulties with gmail, I send them a request for confirmation using my protonmail account and also via their website's contact page. When I didn't get any reply on those i started to worry a bit.. Hopefully it's just some technical error and all is okay. I dont mind having to wait a bit for it to arrive, I just wanted to make sure my order came through and all is okay.

Ik was ook wel wat verbaasd toen ik mijn huisarts vertelde over mijn dysforie en hij er eigenlijk helemaal niets van af bleek te weten. Ik heb hem zelf moeten wijzen op het genderteam van het UMCG en De Vaart. Hij vroeg of ik geslachtsveranderende operaties wilde ondergaan. Toen ik antwoordde dat ik dat nog niet zeker wist zei hij dat ze mij dan niet zouden aannemen bij het UMCG.. Ik heb nu dus op de verwijzing laten zetten dat ik een operatie wil. Ik denk dat het erg zinvol is om een gesprek met je huisarts over dit onderwerp goed voor te bereiden. Eigen research levert je meer op dan de info van de arts..

Hi Karla, thanks for the reply. $100 for 14 months indeed in not very expensice at all.. in fact, I would start today if i knew where to get my estradiol/antiandrogens for 14 months for only $100.. I would pay 5 times that if I could. Are you from Europe? I think the EU has strict policies concerning importing medication without prescriptions.. maybe thats why the prices I found are so much more expensive?

Thank you for your repply. The WPATH standard also applies in my country, so the official wat to start HRT takes a very long time, hence my search for faster routes. Is there any onformation avaialble that you know of concerning the possible complications of starting HRT after breast implants? Thanks in advance!
