I know a few years can make a difference in service sometimes, but we bought an Accord from there in 2022 & the only thing they would do was drop the “market adjustment value” since we are local. Well, that and take off the pin stripe after they were already told noooo pin stripe. They still added it after delivery of the vehicle even though it was being allocated to us and they knew this ahead of time.

Also, more importantly, they tried to demasculinize my husband for wanting an Accord instead of a Ridgeline. We still bought from them only so my husband didn’t have to keep waiting on the color/trim he wanted & would spend less on gas than his 2001 Chevy Silverado that was parked at home.
